Wow it's HOT!!!  Our cacti and succulents are surprising us with many blooms.  The orchid cacti are setting bud.  The Haworthias have multi-bloom stems!  Our annuals continue to be in bloom and we are enjoying a large amount of Monarch and Black Swallowtail butterflies.  Not only do we see the butterflies but their caterpillars too which are very colorful and very hungry. 

Many of our perennials are on sale and are blooming.  The helenium is setting bud and will be blooming within a few weeks.  This is a great late summer bloomer that adds yellows, reds and oranges to your perennial garden.
